Lijia Lin is an Assistant Professor in the School of Psychology and Cognitive Science at East China Normal University in Shanghai, China. His research focuses on using a variety of digital technologies and instructional strategies to enhance learning. He is particularly interested in example-based learning, game-based learning, multimedia learning, online/blended learning, and intelligent tutoring. His work has been widely published in Computers & Education, Journal of Educational Computing Research, Interactive Learning Environments, Educational Technology Research & Development, International Journal of Game-based Learning, and International Journal of Gaming and Computer-Mediated Simulations. He has also made dozens of presentations at the international conferences. He obtained his Ph.D. from the Educational Technology Program at Arizona State University in the United States.
